Inner-city girls who have a view of nature from their windows while studying have improved concentration skills and enhanced self-discipline,a study out of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaigne shows. The same doesn't seem to be the case for boys, perhaps because they spend a lot of time outside the home.
